International students studying in the UK on a student visa (Tier 4 Child Student Visa) must require a UK based guardian if they are under 18 years of age.
UK law considers that everyone under the age of 18 is a child, and UK schools therefore requires the permission of the student's parent or legal guardian for them to attend a study programme here. School Guardians provides a high quality guardianship service for those students who attend UK schools and whose parents live overseas.
